Air Handling Units - Case Study

2 No. Air Handling Units (also known as AHU or Air Handlers) each sized at approximately 6m x 1m x 1m. The internal AHU surfaces had previously been coated in places with a non (WRAS / DWI) approved coating, which had approached the end of its useful life, due to sub-film corrosion, non-compliance, low film build and general deterioration.

The Trust required a long term, guaranteed solution. COVAC prepared and relined the Air Handlers and a ten year guarantee was issued to the Client with an option to extend the guarantee after ten years.
